We are pleased to welcome you on NGO Estonian Union for Child Welfare’s project “Child’s Voice” homepage. The project aims to promote awareness of children’s rights in society and child rights situation in coherent knowledge for children (focusing on Ida-Viru county), young people and adults to act in the best interest of the child (UN CRC art 12).

From the spring of 2014, a children’s rights study-module will start at University of Tartu. The lectures in the context of the study-module will be read at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Education and in the Faculty of Law.
